Tucson Arizona Sacred Sweat Lodge Schedule
Enter The Sacred Sweat Lodge the Womb of the Earth Mother
Renew Your Connection to Spirit
I am not here to do it for you. I am here to hold the space and to keep the integrity of the lodge. I am not here to be a guru. I am a Human Being like you are, on my path, doing the best I can. I set in the Sacred Circle to fill my cup, to share my heart, to be reborn in Mother Earth's healing energy. Join me.

Honor Diversity
We enter the lodge when Sister Moon is moving to the full so our prayers expand to Grandfather. Clear the mind, detoxify the body and heal the Spirit. This is a nontraditional lodge. It is a place to die and be reborn.
ALL MY RELATIONS
Let go and enter with only what is yours
The sweat lodge is the womb of the Earth Mother.
Bill Moyer interviewing Joseph Campbell asked "What is the easiest way to experience Spirit?" Joseph replied, "Participate in a ancient ceremony." Joseph also said "Follow Your Bliss" Are you? That is what you will experience when entering the lodge. Be prepared to see visions.
Sweat lodge participants provide offerings to the leader and fire tender such as pipe tobacco, spiritual gifts, food or money. There are opportunities to take care of the Stone People during the ceremony also.
Come with respect for all Creation. Honor diversity. Renew your relationship with the Elders. Enter and exit with "All My Relations", leaving no one out of your prayers. Leave the mind outside and bring in the heart. Life is good, celebrate, acknowledge, sing, dance, and love. Be thankful for your blessings. See the magic. Choose Integrity, Impeccable Expression, Release Judgments and Take Back Your Power
You detoxify in the lodge. It is important to drink water all day before entering. It is important to eat light that day. Do not fast. The lodge removes your stress. It is a place of magic and of visions.
Traditionally everyone brings wood, blankets and food. As a group the willow is cut, the yucca is gathered for ties and the lodge is build. The lodge is covered with the blankets. After the sweat the lodge is disassembled and food is shared. At Spirit Gathering we built and maintain a lodge.Purification of the mind, body and spirit. Come into the womb of the Earth Mother. Come with reverence for all the directions and for the Great Spirit. Come with reverence for the seventh direction, the center, and your essence. Give the gift to yourself and support the circle in this natural, gentle process of moving into harmony.
Human Beings have come from many states in the US, plus Italy, Korea, Norway, England, Germany, China, Venezuela, India, Sweden, and Brazil.

Honor Diversity
It is an honor to live in a country where we can express our belief without treat of persecution. Come with thanksgiving and gratitude.
I arrived just as the preparation circle ceremony was ending. Just in time for hugs. It seemed it was not easy to make it here tonight. However, at this special time my soul had a longing to go into the womb and be reborn. As I went into the lodge, I entered a space of receptiveness. Many were there that I had sat with before... many I hadn't. The circle was radiating unconditional love and understanding. The stone people were brought in, and blessed. The entrance closed, into darkness....
We honored the East, passing the talking stick, and the energy grew. We sang to Spirit. Many had brought in the rattles. Spirit loves rattles. There was the flute and a water drum. As we moved to the South I grew lighter as we sang and the story of Frog and Coyote was passed around the circle. The laughter releasing more stress.
At the start of the West the rest of the Stone People were brought in and blessed. Some had left the lodge, but Spirit filled the circle. The darkness was blasted like a light show by Spirit. It seemed to me at that time the Spirit of the Ancestors had taken hold of the circle. As the male energy grew in intensity with the rattle and the singing, I was visited by the energy of my father of this life. He was comforting me, sending me love. I was sending it back. I felt like a small child again looking into his younger face, remembering the love we shared. Repairing the hurt of our relationship, coming full circle, seeing him as he was at passing. Seeing him only with love and respect for his circle of life. Feeling the gratitude of being part of it. I felt total healing between us. His unconditional love will always be with me, and mine with him. I came back as the Talking Stick was passed to me. I was able to share some of my feelings. The rattles took me again to a space of healing.
The next thing I realized Anne was sending the Spirit of the Lodge out over the Valley, for those who were open to receive the love of it. It is three days later as I write this from my heart remembrance. What a powerful place... the Full Moon Harvest Sweat Lodge 2000, Ann Clock's Lodge. This is my experience... I was moved to write it down. Thanks again for all you do to make these times available to us.
Patty and I
Outside Phoenix, Arizona in 1983 I entered the Sacred Sweat Lodge with my teacher, an Apache Medicine Man and the group of dedicated healers who were in my ministry instruction. A circle of hawks was riding the updrafts of the desert as we gathered around the fire pit. Three spirit circles of Medicine Men surrounded our circle as the Stone People heated. This was the beginning of a continuing relationship. I will always return to the Sacred Sweat Lodge. The experience gives me back myself more than any self-healing technique I have used.
